Dr. David Bahou
Dr. David Bahou has been involved in veterinary medicine since 1985 working as a kennel attendant and bather in a small animal hospital in Irvine.
Growing up in South Orange County, Dr. Bahou graduated, with honors, from University High School in 1986. He continued working at the same veterinary hospital in Irvine while attending Chapman University on a soccer scholarship; graduating with a B.A. in History in 1991.
He continued his education at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, in St. Kitts-West Indies. There he learned both textbook and practical veterinary medicine and surgery. He finished his veterinary schooling, completing his clinical year at Oklahoma State University in 1994. Dr. Bahou also completed an externship in Dermatology with Dr. Reedy in Dallas, Texas.
Since graduating veterinary school in 1994, Dr. Bahou has been practicing medicine, focusing on individualized, personal care. His special interests include: Dermatology, Internal Medicine, soft tissue surgery and holistic medical therapy.
It has been a dream of Dr. Bahou to own a small animal hospital where he could offer the most comprehensive balance of traditional Western and Holistic Medical Therapy, in a caring and compassionate environment. At Alisos Animal Hospital, Dr. Bahou can finally provide this level of care.
Tina
Tina has worked in every aspect of a veterinary hospital, other than doctor, since she was 18 years old. Starting as a bather in a large local hospital (where she met Dr. Bahou), she worked her way through college, eventually earning her degree from California State University-Fullerton in 1996. With her experience in the field she took a job as Office Manager, of a large corporate veterinary hospital in Los Angeles; ultimately leaving the field to raise her and Dr. Bahou’s son, Maximus. Today Tina takes pride in being the Hospital Administator of Alisos Animal Hospital and ensuring that each and every client receives the best possible care and outstanding service that they deserve.

I love animals (obviously) but what drove me to this field is being a voice for those who don't. Animals deserve love and respect and if I am able to give that to them, I have fulfilled my purpose.
I enjoy working at Alisos Animal Hospital because it is small but mighty! I truly love how close I am, not only with my coworkers but with clients. It doesn't feel like work when you are with friends all day.
In my free time I like going to concerts to dance my hear out but nothing beats a hot bath with a book.

Animals have been my passion my whole life. They impacted my life in an incredible way. Getting to work with animals every day is so rewarding and makes coming into work every day awesome. I am hoping to be a veterinarian myself someday.
Working with everyone at Alisos is awesome, great team, seems family – like. Everyone is so friendly and nice.
My pets are Joey & Penelope – mini long-haired doxies, and Poptart – pony of the Americas gelding.
In my free time I like to ride my pony and hangout with friends and family.

I love to work with animals and people. Mostly people -- chatting with clients and knowing the gossip in everybody's world (aka Mrs Kravitz). I enjoy working at Alisos Animal Hospital because I work with my bestie (Jess) and Dr. B & Tina are awesome to work for. It's like my second family!
I have a 2 year old male Pit-bull named Donut, a 6 month old male Dachshund names Vino, and a 5 year old quarter horse named Spinner. In my free time I like to hang out with my family, my 2 beautiful daughters, and ride our horses.

I love helping animals and being their voice. It's been my passion since I've been a little girl and, lets face it, who wouldn't love working with dogs and cats all day!?
I enjoy working at Alisos Animal Hospital because I've only been here for a few months and have already learned to much more about the Veterinary Field. My co-workers feel a lot more like family and Dr. Bahou makes working at his hospital very fun with so much to learn and space to grow.
I have overall 6 dogs, 2 horses, and 1 cat. They are more like my fur-babies and everyday is a memory with them--I have too many! In my free time, I love riding my horses and being around my family and animals. I also love being outdoors on the weekends.

From an early age I’ve had a fascination with the natural world, in particular animal anatomy & physiology. This profession allows me to both interact with and stimulate my curiosity with multiple species. Variety is the spice of life after all!
I enjoy the sense of community at Alisos where it feels like I am part of a family.
I have an Australian Shepherd and until recently a Bearded Dragon and Ball Python.
In my free time I like to rock climb and boulder (in Colorado), snowboard, read and write. I have a particular interest in animal behavior and enjoy teaching dogs tricks.
