Dr. David Bahou
Dr. David Bahou has been involved in veterinary medicine since 1985 working as a kennel attendant and bather in a small animal hospital in Irvine.
Growing up in South Orange County, Dr. Bahou graduated, with honors, from University High School in 1986. He continued working at the same veterinary hospital in Irvine while attending Chapman University on a soccer scholarship; graduating with a B.A. in History in 1991.
He continued his education at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, in St. Kitts-West Indies. There he learned both textbook and practical veterinary medicine and surgery. He finished his veterinary schooling, completing his clinical year at Oklahoma State University in 1994. Dr. Bahou also completed an externship in Dermatology with Dr. Reedy in Dallas, Texas.
Since graduating veterinary school in 1994, Dr. Bahou has been practicing medicine, focusing on individualized, personal care. His special interests include: Dermatology, Internal Medicine, soft tissue surgery and holistic medical therapy.
It has been a dream of Dr. Bahou to own a small animal hospital where he could offer the most comprehensive balance of traditional Western and Holistic Medical Therapy, in a caring and compassionate environment. At Alisos Animal Hospital, Dr. Bahou can finally provide this level of care.
Tina
Tina has worked in every aspect of a veterinary hospital, other than doctor, since she was 18 years old. Starting as a bather in a large local hospital (where she met Dr. Bahou), she worked her way through college, eventually earning her degree from California State University-Fullerton in 1996. With her experience in the field she took a job as Office Manager, of a large corporate veterinary hospital in Los Angeles; ultimately leaving the field to raise her and Dr. Bahou’s son, Maximus. Today Tina takes pride in being the Hospital Administator of Alisos Animal Hospital and ensuring that each and every client receives the best possible care and outstanding service that they deserve.

Angie
I love to work with animals and people. Mostly people -- chatting with clients and knowing the gossip in everybody's world (aka Mrs Kravitz). I enjoy working at Alisos Animal Hospital because I work with my bestie (Jess) and Dr. B & Tina are awesome to work for. It's like my second family!
I have a 2 year old male Pit-bull named Donut, a 6 month old male Dachshund names Vino, and a 5 year old quarter horse named Spinner. In my free time I like to hang out with my family, my 2 beautiful daughters, and ride our horses.
Whiskey 2.0
I’ve been with Alisos Animal Hospital for awhile now. Dr. Bahou adopted me after finding out I had anger issues.
Please don’t get me wrong, I love people and animals, which is why I’m the official “welcomer.” I’m just moody and have the type of face that says, “I’m better than you.”
You will often find me lounging on one of my many favorite spots, so feel free to say hi, but no touching.
Danni
Since I was a kid I always wanted to work with animals and somehow I’ve ended up doing just that.
Alisos Animal Hospital is a well rounded hospital that uses different approaches to veterinary medicine, and I learn something new each day I come to work.
I enjoy spending time with my two cats, Binx and Mochi, as well as listening to music.
Amanda
Amanda is in this field because she loves people and animals. Loving animals is easy, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with people all day requires a special person, and that’s Amanda.
Amanda deals with animals and their people with compassion because she knows how much animals mean to all of us.
Along with her wonderful husband and two children, Amanda has a dog named Luna and a cat named Thor.
When she has time, you will find her at the beach.
Jake
Jake works in the animal field because he loves animals, especially dogs, especially beagles. His family has two well loved Beagles named Dexter and Chubbs.
Jake is compassionate, understanding, and very empathetic; all good traits to possess working in this field.
When he finds free time, he like to go to the gym, play basketball and dream of one day owning a 1967, four-door Chevy Impala.
Jake, we too hope you get to own that car because if anyone deserves it, it’s you.
Julius
Julius is our newest team member and it is difficult to express our level of love for him.
We rescued him from animal control and he must have been owned by someone who dressed him up because he absolutely loves his sweater collection.
He also is spoiled and our clinic is full of his various toys, beds and even a cat tower.
Please stop by and say hi when you can. Once you experience his huge face and jowls in your hands, you will be as addicted to him as we are.
